That’s why we ensure our accommodation meets your needs by offering workspaces, social areas, a cinema zone, a terrace, spaces to store your sports equipment, surfboard and bicycle rentals, and exclusive guided activities for our guests to enjoy the city in a unique way.
Our activity depends largely on the health of our natural and social environment. We live off of what surrounds us, and it is our duty to take care of it and cherish it. For this reason, it is our obligation to integrate policies based on sustainability criteria in order to guarantee the quality of our company and our environment in the long term.

In order to avoid promoting speculation on housing and not contributing to the reduction of housing for residential use, we chose an old commercial space for our activity.
The space where we are located was an old car workshop that was abandoned and in a state of ruin.
